Scholarships & Awards

We are now accepting 2026 scholarship applications and award nominations/applications.

Scholarships are awarded once for the coming academic year.  The 2026-27 Legacy Scholarship deadline is March 10, 2026.  

Awards applications and nominations are reviewed and announced in the Spring, Summer, and Fall each year.  The next Legacy Award deadline is February 1, 2026.

    Kevin Roe Legacy Fund Scholarships

    Scholarships are awarded each year to LGBTQ+ students studying public health or related fields at SJSU, demonstrating commitment to the values Kevin lived by and leadership potential through recent activity or plans.
