The call for applications for 2026 scholarships and awards will be posted December 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted January 1 - March 15, 2026. The first awards will be announced on April 10, 2026.

Kevin T. Roe Memorial Scholarships
Two scholarships are awarded each year to LGBTQ+ students studying public health or related fields at SJSU, demonstrating commitment to the values Kevin lived by and leadership potential as demonstrated through recent activity or plans.

Kevin Roe Legacy Awards
Cash awards recognize student organizations or student-driven initiatives that contribute to the health, safety, recognition, and/or contributions of the queer community at SJSU.
